We accept returns within seven days from the date of delivery, subject to eligibility conditions.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact to qualify for return. Items that are opened, used, damaged by the customer, or purchased under special promotions may not be eligible for return.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with their order details and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.

All returned products will be inspected before approval of refund or replacement.
