Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Customers wishing to cancel an order must contact us immediately with their order details. If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within seven to ten business days.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.
