Boil the Water
- In a saucepan, bring 1 ½ cups of water to a boil.

Infuse the Cinnamon
- Add the cinnamon stick (or ground cinnamon) to the water.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the water turns golden and aromatic.

Add Tea (Optional)
- If using a tea bag, steep it in the cinnamon-infused water for 2–3 minutes.

Strain & Serve
- Remove the cinnamon stick or strain the tea if using ground cinnamon.
- Stir in honey and lemon juice, if desired.
